Paymath is looking for the next sales superstar to join our team and grow the company’s market share.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on providing small to medium businesses with the right payment technology to create an exceptional payment customer experience that powers their growth. While providing the right technology is your main focus, you will propose solutions that will allow the customer to save on processing costs. You will study your market, create a growth plan, approach potential customers, demonstrate our service, close accounts and provide post-close support to your merchants.

Job Functions:

  • Create a sales strategy, plan and funnel
  • Generate opportunities through a combination of Linkedin approach, cold calling and networking.
  • Demonstrate our payment service to potential customers
  • Diligently follow up with customers in your lead pipeline
  • Respond quickly to inbound sales inquiries
  • Manage your personal sales funnel from first approach to contract signature
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM and other tools to manage your sales opportunity pipeline and interactions with prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payment products and services and marketing activities, and knowledge of competitors’ offerings.
  • Regular reporting, coaching and pipeline reviews with managers

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of successful negotiating and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree in relevant field or diploma in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills.
  • Skillful in problem-solving and decision-making

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in selling financial services is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the payment field is a plus.
  • High energy, confident and comfortable engaging with customers through digital tools and over the phone
  • Coachability – you seek feedback that will improve your performance
  • Ability to react quickly to change, adapt to new processes, and learn about new product offerings
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline
